Hiraya Bed & Breakfast Guest Policies

As you enter the Hiraya Bed and Breakfast, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and a hearty breakfast included in the fee. Served from 8AM to 9:30AM, you can choose your menu the night before so you can start your day right.

But before you start your adventure in Baguio City, please take note of our guest policy and house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all.

Guest Policy:

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a reservation and must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
• The maximum number of guests allowed is determined by the listing and is strictly enforced. Additional guests beyond the listed occupancy will not be permitted.
• Guests are not allowed to bring pets until further notice. If a guest violates this policy, they will be subject to additional cleaning fees and may be asked to leave the property.
• Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances and other community rules. In Baguio City, there is a Silent Night Ordinance that states all loud noises are strictly prohibited after 10PM.
• In compliance with the Baguio City government, Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. If a guest violates this policy, they will be subject to additional cleaning fees.
• Parties and events are not allowed unless specifically approved by the host. If a guest violates this policy, they will be subject to additional fees and may be asked to leave the property.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a guest cancels their reservation more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, they will receive a full refund minus any service fees.
• If a guest cancels their reservation within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date, they will receive a 50% refund minus any service fees.
• If a guest cancels their reservation within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, they will not receive a refund.

House Rules:

• Guests must respect the property and leave it in the same condition as when they arrived.
• Guests must not move furniture or fixtures within the property.
• Guests must not damage any property, including walls, appliances, or furnishings.
• Guests must notify the host immediately if they break or damage anything within the property.
• Guests must not engage in any illegal activity while staying in the property.
• Guests must not disturb other guests or neighbors with excessive noise, especially after 10PM.
• Guests must not use the property for commercial or professional purposes without the General Manager's prior consent.
• The Hiraya General Manager reserves the right to enter the property for maintenance or emergency reasons.
• The Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
• The Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the stay. Guests are advised to secure their belongings and valuables properly.
• Check-in time is 2PM, and check-out time is on or before 12NN. Late check-in or early check-out may be accommodated but should be arranged with the Inn in advance.
• The Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the guest policy or house rules or acts inappropriately towards other guests, neighbors, or the property.
