Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our Surprise Themed Boxes are personalized. This means that we put your name, an scannable audio QR code, a written dedication, and, all other personalized requests (i.e. reasonable and within our budget) you include in your order.  This typically take 2 days upon order and it processed on a first come, first served basis. Once this is done, we update our courier platform, Airship Logistics, of the date and time of pick up. Our courier service will then deliver based on the schedule. So expect the order to be delivered within 2-4 days upon your order. Provincial deliveries are 5-10 days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST

As of January 2, 2021. This is current shipping rates for 1 (one) order quantity.

For more than one quantity, shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination (i.e. Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We do not offer international shipping as today. But we are exploring the possibility in the near future.

WHAT IS YOUR PROOF OF DELIVERY?

For Metro Manila orders, we usually get a photo update of the delivery. We send this to the senders of the orders. We do same day delivery for Metro Manila. 

For Provincial deliveries, we send out tracking codes. The sender can get updates via the tracking number.
